1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing any Images from artè labo, a service provided by Wink Works Limited ("Licensor"), the individual or entity making the purchase ("Licensee") agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). 

2. Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the Images for any lawful purpose, except as expressly restricted herein.

3. Restrictions on Use:

3.1 Harm to Persons and Entities: The Licensee may not use the Images in a manner that could cause harm, whether physical, psychological, or otherwise, to any person, animal, or legal entity.

3.2 Illegal Activities: The Licensee may not use the Images in connection with any illegal activity, suspected illegal activity, or any actions that would cause suspicion of illegal activity.

3.3 Immoral or Offensive Use: The Licensee shall not use the Images in any way that could be deemed immoral or offensive, as determined in Licensor's sole discretion.

3.4 Resale and Relationship: The Licensee is prohibited from reselling the Images without substantial alteration and may not claim any relationship with the Licensor beyond the purchase of the Images from artè labo.

4. Indemnification: Licensee shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Licensor from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities that may be asserted against Licensor in connection with the Images or Licensee’s use thereof.

5. Termination: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license without notice if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor is located, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.

Agreement upon Purchase: By making a purchase from artè labo, Licensee expressly agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
